Sales Supervisor - Cafe (1-3 yrs)
With a strong drive and entrepreneurial spirit to help lead and build our cafe. This role will identify, qualify, and develop prospects and clients within the hospitality channel, as well as contribute to the overall strategy for growth of the program by establishing and managing vendors. A natural enthusiasm for pioneering new concepts and a strong focus on results is key.
- Grow and develop our hospitality program and accounts by conducting sales prospecting, pipeline development, forecasting, and lead management activities to identify and qualify new hospitality business opportunities.
- Develop and account programs, draft and present proposals, negotiate terms, and roll out program execution
- Provide professional consultation to hospitality accounts, including recommendations for custom programming or products, with confidence and expertise.
- Develop and execute account specific strategies designed to deliver both top-line sales and profit
- This position is based in the Bangalore and remote as necessary / desired
- Experience and ability to grow and manage vendor network highly preferred
- Other duties as assigned.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; Proficient with CRM, MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 1 year of experience required. Experience in the coffee and tea industry and/or hospitality and foodservice industry is highly preferred.
