Job Title : Recruitment Sales Specialist

Location : Delhi

Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within the recruitment industry. This role requires a strong understanding of both sales techniques and the recruitment process.

Responsibilities :

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and online research.

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their recruitment needs and challenges. Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our recruitment solutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized recruitment solutions that meet client requirements.

- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to management.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry.

- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and another HR software.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Highly motivated with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
