Sales Specialist - Modern Trade - FMCG (2-3 yrs)
Position : Modern Trade Specialist
Location : Gurugram
Industry : FMCG/D2C brand
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals in modern trade channels.
- Conduct market trend analysis and consumer behavior research to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and implement promotional plans.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key accounts, negotiating agreements for maximum profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Stay updated on market dynamics and business opportunities, sharing insights with the team.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in modern trade sales within the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools for strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
