Sales Specialist - Lighting Products (3-8 yrs)
- To promote entire range of lighting products in assigned territory
- To keep updated database of builders/dealers/architects
- To develop strong relation with Senior Architect / Designer by personal visit, courtesy call or by one to one meeting at frequent intervals
- To do field accompaniment call for 2 days / month and make MOM
- Resolve issue found during field accompaniment calls with 3 days of vist and inform HOD
- To review periodic pricing
- Submit Branch wise sales performance, sales forecasting, dealer wise sales performance, customer complaints and dealer complaints MIS to HOD - PLS Lighting
- To brief dealers and their sales staff complete product details of each vertical
- To give sales training to the dealers sales staff educating them on selling arguments for each product vertical
