Sales Specialist - IT (2-4 yrs)

- This position responsibilities include executing GreeneStep's sales plans, , and close deals for US, Canada, and India Markets. To ensure success, as a Sales Specialist , the candidate must have knowledge of sales techniques, a passion for sales, and very good communication and convincing skills.

Qualifications :

- MBA/PGDBM in Finance and Taxation

- Minimum 2- 4 years of Work Experience in Product Sales.

- Previous Sales Methodology training preferred.

- Excellent Convincing skills, Networking Ability and Lead generation skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Self - Motivator and ability to handle rejection

- Individual contributor and team player when required.

- Experience in exceeding sales target in an individual quota-carrying sales role.

Roles &Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation & Network.

- Follow-up on leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information, ready to give brief product demo, collect business automation needs at the right time for interested prospects

- Diligently do cold calling, send emails, setup appointments for product demos to prospects.

- Demonstrating our product, online via the Web.

- Good understanding of Business Maths is essential to achieve sales target & set discount schemes.

- Highly proficient in Sales Trend and Analytics.

- Update, document and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and pre-sales activities for the prospect account in GreeneStep CRM Portal.

- Comfortably sell to CXO and navigate other personas within an account, turning them into GreeneStep champions.

- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in GreeneStep, while creating satisfied and reference-able customers.

- Collaborate with Development and Support team to develop strong value propositions and strategies for landing new customers.
