Sales Specialist - FMCD (3-6 yrs)
Job Purpose :
- Assist the Regional Sales Manager in propelling Vision sales within a specific region to achieve profitable growth as per the assigned targets.
Role Description :
- Responsible for sales, collection, and revenue from assigned customers within the territory.
- Activate new customer business and enhance the current share of wallet with existing customers.
- Conduct distributor reviews to ensure effective management.
- Require relevant experience in optical industry, FMCG, or FMCD in sales, with a strong business acumen and flexibility for travel.
Candidate Requirements :
Education : Any graduation (B. Sc. preferred), preferably with a degree in Ophthalmology/MBA in Marketing/Sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in the Consumer products industry.
- Strong channel and distribution management skills.
Essential Knowledge and Skills :
- Proven communication and sales capabilities.
- Ability to engage in meaningful discussions with ophthalmologists.
- Proficiency in understanding specialty products and knowledge of niche market segments.
- Self-motivated individual with demonstrated planning and analytical abilities.
- Responsive and prompt in addressing customer needs and adept at handling market challenges.
