Our client is looking for young and enthusiastic sales enthusiast who want to build their career in EdTech!

The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

- Creating and executing CRM campaigns that improve onboarding and engagement and reduce churn.

- Using data analytics to generate insights into customer segments for use within business development and other CRM initiatives.

- Ensuring the correctness of customer data and manage any data cleansing activities.

- Continually testing and refining campaigns to gain insight and maximize usage and uptake.

- Providing support on any requests or issues pertaining to CRM.

- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.

- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.

- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

- Sourcing new partners and executing exciting partnership solutions.

- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.

- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners.

- Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.

- Work on lead calls and follow-ups

- Introduce the program features effectively to enquiries

- Fixing up the time for the orientation program

- Handling potential and existing customers on phone, email, and walk- ins.

- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

- Impeccable command over the language especially speaking skills, sounds and pronunciation.

- Complete know-how of computer- based communication and basic learning management systems like Zoom, Google Meet and MS Teams

- Good command over the MS Office - Word, Power-point and Excel

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B), CRM Manager or Partnerships & Alliances role, ideally within the EdTech industry.

- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.

- Experience covering Consumer is strong plus.

- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

- You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- Build and maintain rapport and relationships with Corporate Clients and Individual prospects

- Stay abreast with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products

- Meet virtually with potential clients to determine their needs

- Researching prospects and generating leads.

- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

- Negotiation Skills - Ability to do price negotiations.

- Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills

- Sales experience in the online education company is always preferred.
