Sales/Service Trainer - Automobiles (1-5 yrs)
We are looking forward to hire seasoned professionals as In-house Trainer for a leading Passenger vehicle dealership at Raipur.
Details below:
Major KRA- s
- Plan & Conduct Monthly Training for all Sales Team or Technicians
- Maintain a Skill Matrix for each Trainee
- Record the training status for in house training
- Quarterly Product Update Training for Sales & Service team
- Quarterly Process Training for Sales & Service team
- Quarterly Soft Skills Training for Sales & Service team
- Coordinate, plan and arrange travel arrangements for respective Training
- Send monthly training report to HO every month
- Internal report of training planned and conducted to be shared every fortnight.
Desired Profile:
- Good Communication in English is must
- Good in Presentation skills & knowledge of MS-Excel
- Should have handled experience in Training External or Internal Employees
- Should conduct Training Programmes on regular basis
- Min. 2 Years of experience as a Trainer
