Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Tele Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into opportunities through outbound calls. The Tele Sales Representative will engage with potential customers, and effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospects from provided leads or databases.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers over the phone.

3. Identify customer needs and offer solutions that align with our products/services.

4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

5. Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

6. Follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner.

7. Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies.

8. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

9. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

10. Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.

Qualifications :

1. Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing, preferably in a similar industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.

7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.

8. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
