Sales Role - SME Banking Product - Emerging Corporate Group (2-7 yrs)

JD :

- To sell SME Banking products (Treasury - FX, Asset based( Fund/ non Fund) /Liability, Transaction Banking, Trade Finance) to an existing customer base

- To Increase the wallet share from the customers by identifying the latent needs

- To originate other products; Wealth Management, IB origination, Corporate salary Accounts, which will be sold largely with the help of product experts.

- To build relationships with key persons (CFOs/ promoters) in the target segments & build client trust & confidence

- To understand client business models, trade-related activities, cash flows etc. and identify opportunities and anticipate possible problems.

- To be alert on competitive elements in the target segments (viz. other banks etc.)

- Maintain high caliber client service.

- Play an important role in respect of any contingency situation

- Improve efficiency by monitoring & overseeing continuous improvement of processes

- Constantly have a rapport with the operating units to customize and develop solutions

- Ensure service delivery, workflow improvement, standardization and automation

- Take care of system changes to meet customer expectations

- Ensure compliance with our bank and country guidelines

JR Personal :

- Must be a self starter

- Must be process oriented

- Must be market savvy, with good networking skills

- Must be proactive and with high energy levels

- Must be analytical, practical and have aptitude for troubleshooting.

- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, be tenacious, detail-oriented, tough-minded when needed, but diplomatic.

Professional :

- Must have able to settle in an environment requiring entrepreneurial / building skills

- Must be capable of working with a team and managing associate level reportees.

- In depth understanding of the business processes and leading-edge operations and their application to the client's business.
