- Result-driven individuals to join our Residential Services (Leisure Homes West) team in Mumbai.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Degree/Postgraduate in Management
- 5-10 years of experience
Key Skills Required :
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.
- Real estate experience in holiday homes would be preferred.
- Strong communication skills and Go getter Attitude is a must.
- Ability to interact directly with Landlords, Developers for taking on mandate
- Open to travelling
