Sales Role - Real Estate (3-8 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in catering to High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets, with a primary focus on HNI clients.

- Build and nurture relationships with HNI clients, understanding their unique preferences -and requirements.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.

- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring exceptional client experience.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on market feedback to enhance our offerings.

- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote our brand and services.

- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and potential areas for growth.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales and marketing within the real estate industry, -ith a demonstrated ability to cater to HNI clients.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

- In-depth understanding of the real estate market, customer behaviors, and emerging industry trends.

- Goal-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.

- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
