Propaly Realtors - Sales Role (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is extremely fluent in verbal communication and has strong phone presence for pre sales process.
Role Summary:
- Looking for dynamic, energetic & dedicated candidates who want to work in a competitive environment selling Residential Property to individual clients & investors.
- Effectively manages Lead with site visits, follow Ups & several meetings with potential clients in order to close the deal.
- Establish & maintain good relationship management with existing & prospective clients and expand your customer base.
Job Responsibility :
- Generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement including targeted telephone/e-mail contact
- Generate & maintain a strong pipeline to ensure that the sales team has adequate number of qualified opportunities to convert.
- Develop and maintain relationships with leads through the multiple stages of their buying journey and further gain insights from the follow-ups and multi-touch to analyze lead's qualification for sales.
- Approaching prospects to conduct in-person meeting and site visits through further lead nurturing.
- Nurture the leads by emphatic, clear and effective communication through various stages
- Creating Daily & weekly reports and submission to the superiors
- Interact with clients to know their property requirements, suggest suitable properties, Follow up for Site Visits, Guide clients for Site visit purpose, know their whereabouts, co-ordinate with Sales Team & Team Manager for executing Site Visits.
Requirements :
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Fast learner with a positive mindset.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing multiple calls per day
- Detail-oriented with an ability to ask the right question
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Hands-on experience with a CRM software is a plus
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi is a must.
- Fair knowledge of the Real Estate domain would be good to have.
Education : Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent & above.
