Role Description :
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and providing guidance and support to achieve them.
- The Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of the Real Estate market
