Sales Role - Real Estate (1-2 yrs)
We're hiring for Sales Executive - Real Estate Co. - FEMALE ONLY
- Should Join in First week of March'20
- Good in Hindi, English and Marathi.
- Must have Real Estate Sales Experience at least 1 year,
- Good in Communication & Presentations.
- Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements.
- Possess in- depth product knowledge and micro information at project level.
- Communicates the project details effectively to prospects.
- Deliver sales numbers as per business plan, both in terms of sourcing and closing.
- Ensure completion of sales targets on a consistent basis through the year.
Required Candidate profile :
- Proven work experience in real estate sales.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations.
- People management skills.
- Strong in closing deal
- Having Own 2 or 4 Wheeler.
