Sales Role - Real Estate (1-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads.
- Participate in sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Support in negotiating and closing sales deals.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
- Participate in sales training programs to enhance selling skills.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Prior sales internship in Real Estate or work experience is a plus.
- Candidate needs to associate maximum brokers with the company for max business.
- Candidate needs to explore the nearby market and areas for better penetration of our project.
- Candidate needs to arrange sales meetings with me on a regular basis.
Qualifications : Graduation Only
Salary Range : 20000 - 50000 PM
Age Limit : Not more than 35 Year
