Sales Role - Real Estate (0-1 yrs)

- MBA Freshers

- We are looking for a Super Performer.

- Graduate Freshers /MBA Freshers can apply who are willing to do sales

- Experienced candidates in Real Estate can also apply

Roles and Responsibilities

- End-to-end lead generation via self-calling on database

- Assisting clients on Property Visits/Site Visits

- Portfolio Management

- Negotiate with the customer OR developers for effective closure for the customers.

- The relationship Manager is required to facilitate customer walk-in at the required projects to expedite the online booking process

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Education: Min Graduate, MBA preferred

- Presentable and good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

- Should have flair for direct selling and face to face interactions

- Should be comfortable in traveling in the beat assigned

- Should be loving to talk over the phone

- Good negotiation skills for selling

- Tech Savvy, interested in adapting to new technologies

Job Location: Mumbai, Kandivali

Salary: 20k to 30k per month
