- Exposure of sales, marketing & application Engineering of capital and technology intensive engineering product.
- Excellent track record of developing business in chemical, Pharma & Food Industries and enhancing client relations, a fast learner with good market knowledge will be an advantage.
- New Customer development & on site Presentation
- Development of new applications & conducting Trials
- Nurture and develop existing customers
- Ensure complete customer coverage as agreed
- Ensure accuracy in offers
- Negotiate terms and conditions of the order with the client in consultation of the involved departments
- Timely closure of technical issues
- Timely closure of commercial issues
- Regular customer interactions
- Market intelligence in terms of rate, product, specification and technical comparisons
- Ensure regular updating of presentations, literatures, specifications and catalogues and designs based on market feedbacks.
- Weekly review of reports of CRM and progress of project.
- Resolution of customer concerns within specified timelines
- Review of site closure with CRM and Customer
- Participate in trade fairs.
