- Generate Lead and bring business from Market
- Advisor Activation.
- Recruit and develop quality Advisor.
- Manage and Develop the channel network to promote insurance.
- Handling Channel Sales (General Trade/Distributors).
- Achieve month wise sales objectives (Primary and Secondary Sales) of the region for the entire Personal Care product range
- Implement company s credit policy
- Ensure region s Commercial is within budgets
- Education: Graduation in any stream
- Candidate: Local Candidate
- Communication Skills
- Experience: 3+ Years in Sales and Marketing in the insurance sector
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives
