Job Description :
The position would be for the Owners club loyalty program, where a concierge would answer owners' questions on the program and to help owners with doing online orders on other brand websites and payments for the Client.
- Take inbound calls
- Understand owner's requirements on call, help out the owner with program details, place online orders on other brand websites, help owner with availing services and subscription plans on Client Platform
- Keep track of requests and data entry
Requirements :
- Required communications in English and at least one local languages (Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi etc)
- Internet savvy and knows excel
- UK shift (1-11 PM) and weekends working. 6 days a week. One Weekday off
