Our client founded in 2020 is a sub-segment of Greenways Nursery that has been dealing with the best-in-class plants, gardening supplies, and equipment across the country for the past 30 years. Greenways Nursery was established by Mr. Y.P. Singh as India's leading organization for all gardening and related needs.

We deal in over 1,000 varieties of Plants along with Pots, Planters, Seeds, Seedlings, Gardening Tools as well as Accessories for d- cor. Apart from that, we have an entire section dedicated to Gifting and related supplies. We hold a PAN India network so that our amazing products can reach you with ease, no matter where you are in the country!

The Job :

Your Responsibilities will include :

Conversion Of Leads

- Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Goals.

- Negotiating All Contracts with Prospective Clients.

- Helping Determine Pricing Schedules for Quotes, Promotions, And Negotiations.

- Preparing Weekly and Monthly Reports.

- Giving Sales Presentations to A Range of Prospective Clients.

- Coordinating Sales Efforts with Marketing Programs.

- Understanding And Promoting Company Programs.

- Obtaining Deposits and Balance of Payment from Clients.

- Preparing And Submitting Sales Contracts for Orders.

- Visiting Clients and Potential Clients to Evaluate Needs or Promote Products and Services.

- Maintaining Client Records.

- Answering Client Questions About Credit Terms, Products, Prices, And Availability.

- Establishing New Business

- Maintaining Accurate Records

- Achieve Agreed Upon Sales Targets and Outcomes Within the Schedule

Ideal Candidate :

Skills Required :

- You have at least 1 year of experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the Retail industry.

- You have prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts.

- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales and Enterprise Sales.

- Experience covering consumers is a strong plus.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments

- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
