Sales Role - National Pension System (3-9 yrs)

Experience:- 3 -4 years of work experience in B2B and B2C Sales in Employee benefits, NPS, Corporate salary, etc.

Qualification :- MBA- Marketing / Finance

Purpose of the Position:


This is an individual role and the candidate will be responsible for

- leading activities of sales and marketing i.e., create strategies, set up sales plans,

- maintain customer relations and track market developments under NPS architecture.

- You have to work on sales plan, generate corporate NPS leads and close them.

- You would be responsible for getting the employees of new & existing corporates onboarded for NPS via conducting multiple presentations online or in person as per the corporate requirement.

- Responsible to achieve the corporate closure and subscribers' target for NPS.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for achieving corporate onboarding targets for NPS (National Pension System) month on month

- Identify marketing opportunities and generate corporate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, references, engaging with channel partners, & various other mediums and work on closure of corporates for NPS implementation of their respective employees..

- Meet HR Head / C&B Head in the corporates / PSUs and design NPS implementation plan and ensure maximum employees participate and subscriber for the scheme

- Responsible for conducting online / in person presentations to senior management / employees

- Improves marketability and business profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on new opportunities

- Meet the channel partners. continuously engage and build relationships for Corporate NPS lead generation

- Onboard agents for retail business and train them for sourcing business.

- Prepare NPS campaigns, Rewards & recognition program for the channel partners and drive business through channel partners.
