Educational qualification : B.E. / B. Tech or Diploma in (Mechanical/ Chemical/ Production Engineering)

Work experience : 2-7years

Role Profile : 


- To Visit, Generate, Develop and execute as a front runner with the customer and self-development taking guidance from the superior to function as per the SOP.

- To accomplish the sales budget & acquire consistent growth as per the market share.

- To ensure timely realization of the payment, sales tax form & customer care

Key Deliverable/Major Activities :

1. Generating Enquiries :

- To generate the enquiries from the current as well as from new clients by understanding market demands. Through new vendor's registration at consultants, process licenses, EPC Contracts, OEM, End users etc.

- By conducting seminars & presentations at the customer end

- Generate the potential for New/Non-standard products in the market

- By properly handling enquiries from existing customers

- Conducting steam audits to generate new enquiries

2. Offer Submission :

- To submit the offer for received enquiries

- To study the customer enquiry requirement and submit Techno-Commercial offer in view of the same

- To suggest products by understanding the application requirement of the customer

- Submission of Techno-commercial clear offer by the following SOP

- Should have market intelligence for preparation of techno-commercial offer/bid

- Co-ordination with planning for delivery commitments to customer

- Regular follow-ups of submitted offer followed to SOP

3. Techno-Commercial Discussion :

- To negotiate submitted offer in pursue to get the order

- Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery

- By carefully reading the tender documents take decisions on commercial terms

- Negotiate the offers and bring them down to ordering as per the SOP terms

4. Order Execution Activities :

- To Cross Check the PO Techno-Commercially with offer & negotiated terms & Conditions

- To prepare OFM for Order Processing

- To cross-check OA prepared by coordinator & submit to customer

- Submission of Performa Invoices for advance payments & excise forms

- Coordination with customers & accounts for ABG & PBG's

- To communicate with sales coordinator/planning for the status of orders & coordinate with customer

- Follow-up for submitted QAP & GAD to expedite deliveries

- Follow-up for necessary road permits and required forms to support works for smooth
