Experience & Education:

- For Sales Engineer:

-B achelor's Degree or Diploma Engineer (Mechanical /Chemical/ Metallurgy).

- 2 to 4 years of industrial consumable products sales experience Preferably MRO/Industrial Aerosols.

- Male/ Female with age group- 22-25 years willing to travel.

- For Sr. Sales Engineer:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Engineer (Mechanical /Chemical/ Metallurgy) added with Sales and Marketing, or business administration preferred.

- 4 to 7 years of industrial consumable products sales experience Preferably MRO/Industrial Aerosols

- Male/Female with age group- 25-28 years willing to travel.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

- Territory Mapping and achieving sales target

- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients.

- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analysing sales options.

- Sells products & maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.

- Receivable Management

- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing Organization standards.

- To establish and maintain distributors network, manage distributor's resources, helping them in achieving their targets.

- Prepare Presentations, Proposals, Project offers, Product demonstrations and Sell McGean India products through the distributors to achieve revenue target as assigned time to time.

- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships and manage large direct accounts.

- Identify and resolve customer concerns.

- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.

- Communicate new product and, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to sales engineer.
