- As a member of the Wheelseye Sales Team, you inspire truckers, shippers & transporters to work smarter with Wheelseye Software. You advocate the innovative power of our products to make logistics more productive, collaborative, and dynamic. Using your passion for technology products, you help spread the magic of Wheelseye to organizations around the world.

- As a Wheelseye Sales Manager, you'll have the opportunity to help build Wheelseye's early business, and define the future of truly ground-breaking logistics technology. In this role, you will work to drive awareness, adoption and business growth for Wheelseye's Software. Candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities :

- Handle P&L driven decisions for the assigned area

- Identify, finalize new prospects, and maintain relationship with all stakeholders to run these profitably.

- Propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities

- Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor.

- Help develop and execute a territory business plan by identifying potential clients resulting in a robust pipeline.

- Execute demand generation activities as needed, and engage, educate, and ensure satisfaction of the installed base.


- Be able to assist customers in identifying use cases suitable for Wheelseye .

Qualifications :

- Are available for full time on field or in-office

- Are willing to stay in the team for a minimum of 2 years

- Graduate from Tier 1 college like IITs, IIMs, BITS, NITs, NSIT

- Upto 3 years of experience in a B2B sales, SaaS Sales, Software sales and/or Account Management role.

- Experience in Salesforce and CRM system integrations

- Great understanding about lead generation

- Understanding of how various cloud technologies work together to drive technology adoption within existing large account base.

- Demonstrated ability to speak credibly about Platform/Infrastructure-as-a-Service (PaaS/IaaS).

- Ability to plan, present, and execute a territory sales strategy.

- Effective written and verbal communication/presentation skills, with strategic and analytical thinking skills.
