Sales Role - Loan (0-2 yrs)
- Responsible for generating revenue through personal loan sales.
- Generating business through Channel partner/Developer/Connectors & Open Market.
- Devise and implement a customer acquisition and retention program.
- Ensure high level of customer service.
- Participate actively in sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets
- Responsible for achieving team/branch business target.
- Ensuring that each employee is productive in each month.
- Achieve high employee satisfaction and retention of good performers.
- Handle the Builders/Architects/Contractors/Chartered Accountants to generate business.

- Graduate from B.A. or commerce background.
- Thorough understanding of Home Loan/LAP Sales market.
