Job Description :
- Managing team of Sales Manager's.
- Identify and recruit and sourcing Agents
- Enable the Agency Leaders and existing ALMs to build & drive a strong advisor force.
- To achieve month over month Branch Targets of advisor existing ALMs/ALs & newly recruited advisors and drive advisor to AL promotions.
- To plan/review/monitor performance of the team of ALMs/ALs and advisors.
- Submit Various sales reports timely to ensure adherence to reporting mechanism
