We have the following Leasing requirement for Gurgaon based leading real estate/construction company
Location : New Delhi
Education Qual : Any
Experience : 4 - 7 years of relevant office Leasing and sales experience in a real estate company/ organization of repute
Designation : Leasing
Mandatory : Person should have a good understanding of Gurgaon market and strong relationships with local brokers.
Role:
1. Leasing of Office/IT spaces especially to the multinational/corporate houses.
2. Strategic planning and competitor's analysis.
3. Studying the market feasibility of the upcoming projects.
4. Leasing projections and revenue generation for effective target achievement.
5. Plan and implement sales/leasing and customer retention and development.
