Sales Role - Learning Management Solution (15-24 yrs)

Sales Partner - US, Aus, APAC, MENA (Commission Model revenue)

This is a sales partner position which will be more sales commission driven. Commission percentage can be from 8%-20% max depending on the deal size. experience with selling learning solutions will be added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Have a holistic view of the Partner Ecosystem in a local market, a deep understanding of the partner capabilities and solutions that drive incremental value for customers.

- Advise customers and commercial sales teams on the value of partners, engagement, and recommend qualified partners to support customer needs.

- Expand existing company footprint as well as drive new customer engagements with partners to grow overall revenue with a focus on business outcomes.

- Become a trusted member of the sales team in the assigned sales district(s) to own deal execution with partners, leveraging Partner programs, and coaching partners on best practices.

- Work with customer success team on the onboarding front or new feature development

Basic Qualifications -

- The right person will possess 15+ years of direct sales or business development experience

- Experience working as a partner with a product company selling the products

- Experience with Australian, APAC, MENA and USA market.

- Strong database of CXO level or HR heads contacts to close deals

- Experience engaging and influencing C-level executives and strong familiarity with decision-making processes in enterprise customers

- Experience presenting and articulating complex concepts

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English

- Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders including direct and channel marketing, product management and account management teams

- Strong sales acumen with a desire to coordinate field teams to develop and close high-profile deals
