Job Title : Zoho Sales Representative - West India Region

Department : Sales

Reports To : Regional Sales Manager

Location : Mumbai (preferred) or Pune

Summary :

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Zoho Sales Representative to aggressively pursue and close new business opportunities within the Maharashtra region. The ideal candidate possesses a strong hunter mentality, thrives in a competitive environment, and demonstrates a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Deep understanding of Zoho CRM and its capabilities is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation : Proactively identify, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline of potential clients through outbound prospecting, networking, cold calling, strategic partnerships, and referrals.

- Sales Execution : Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation and closing, while expertly demonstrating Zoho solutions and their business value.

- Customer Relationship Development : Establish trust-based relationships with key decision-makers to understand their pain points and tailor Zoho solutions to meet their specific needs.

- Territory Management : Strategically plan and execute sales activities within the Maharashtra region, maximizing market penetration and achieving growth targets.

- Forecasting & Reporting : Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed records within the Zoho CRM system.

- Industry Expertise : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Zoho product

advancements.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 2+ years of proven sales experience within a technology or SaaS environment, preferably with CRM focus.

- Demonstrated success in a hunter role with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales

quotas.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Fluency in Marathi and English. Hindi fluency is a plus.

- Self-starter attitude with exceptional time management and organizational abilities.

- Proficient in the use of Zoho CRM and other sales productivity tools.
