We are looking for smart, experienced person with a technical marketing background.

- 2+ years experience in software sales.

Primary Responsibilities : 

- Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of software/services offered by the company.

- Investigates related new clients/products and makes recommendations to the management.

- Coordinate with clients and takes orders over the phone and in person.

- Advises customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate services.

- Solicits information about software/services needs from customers.

- Provide technical support in consultation with software developers after software/services provided to clients.

- Construct sales pitches and presentations.

- Travel to areas where needs are projected.

- Stay abreast of market trends.

- Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties.

- Respond to pre-qualification questionnaire or information to tender document, fill manual and online tenders.

- Negotiate a commercial agreement.

- Advise on appropriate user training.

- Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes.

- Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals.

- The ability to write reports and proposals

- The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively

- Knowledge of following technologies is desirable. (Java, J2EE, HTML, JavaScript, Oracle, MySQL and Linux). (P.S: This is NOT a programming position).
