Sales Role - IT Security Services (5-15 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Managing complete sales cycle from opportunity evaluation stage to successfully closing the deals, specifically with focus on security technologies like Endpoint Security, DLP, Firewall, IPS, NGFW, SIEM, NAC etc.

- Understanding client requirement and offering solutions

- In conjunction and strong collaboration with pre-sales, deliver successful Proof of Concepts events

- Build up a sustainable and robust pipeline quarter by quarter and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning

- Engage and develop a strong network with decision makers/key influencers within the customer community

- Develop long term and trustworthy and collaborative relationships across all levels within the customer and partners

- Should have good communication skills

- Should have handled large and mid-size accounts

- Should be well networked in the market.

- Experience of selling IT Solutions

- Achieve sales quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis

- Work within the guidelines set out by the Company's Code of Practice to ensure that customer satisfaction in achieved.

- Responsible for driving business growth through identification and penetration of new market segments for attaining targets.

- Keep up to date knowledge of the industry as well as competitive position of the company.

- Implementing strategic marketing plans to ensure maximum penetration of target market & clients.

- Expand market segments & ensure sales volume by targeting prospective customers in the product segment.

- Creativity and problem-solving skills

- Good organizational skills

- The ability to work well as part of a team

- Budget awareness and good business sense.
