Experience Required: 3+ Years

Location: Mumbai and Pune

Working Days: 5 Days (Mon-Fri)

Working Time: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Job Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Sales professional with experience in B2C sales and direct sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our company's IT infrastructure solutions directly to individual customers. Your primary objective will be to drive sales, meet revenue targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong combination of technical expertise, sales skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Job Responsibilities :

B2C Sales Approach : Develop and implement strategies for selling IT infrastructure solutions directly to individual customers. Identify target customer segments, analyze their requirements, and create tailored sales pitches to effectively address those needs.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our IT infrastructure solutions. Clearly communicate the value proposition and advantages of our offerings to potential customers.

Business Acumen : Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends in the IT infrastructure space

Direct Sales : Engage directly with customers to understand their IT infrastructure needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Build relationships, overcome objections, and negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close sales.

Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, providing post-sales support and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor, addressing their concerns and providing timely resolutions.

Upselling and Cross-selling : Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional IT infrastructure products and services to existing B2C customers. Continuously explore ways to expand the customer base and increase revenue streams.

Market and Competitive Analysis : Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape within the IT infrastructure industry. Utilize this knowledge to differentiate our offerings and provide insights to the sales team.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting : Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasted revenue. Provide accurate and timely updates to the sales management team.

Key Skills :

Direct Sales Experience : Proven track record of success in B2C sales and direct sales, with the ability to effectively engage and sell to individual customers.

Strong Technical Knowledge : In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, network infrastructure, systems, virtualization, cloud computing, and related technologies.

Excellent Communication Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to confidently interact with customers, understand their requirements, and articulate the value proposition of our IT infrastructure solutions

Relationship Management : Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships

Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation and persuasion skills are needed to effectively navigate pricing discussions, overcome objections, and close deals.

Self-Motivation and Autonomy : Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline effectively.

CRM and Sales Tools : Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools for tracking and managing customer interactions, as well as generating accurate sales reports and forecasts,

Business Acumen : Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends in the IT infrastructure space
