Job Title : IT Sales Representative

Job Description :

- As an IT Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue by selling information technology products and services to prospective clients. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

Prospecting and Lead Generation :

- Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.

- Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management :

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand clients' business needs and challenges to propose suitable IT solutions.

- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries in a timely and effective manner.

Product Knowledge :

- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in the IT industry.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company's products and services.

- Clearly articulate the value proposition of the products/services to potential clients.

Sales Presentations :

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits of IT solutions.

- Customize presentations to match the specific needs of each client.

Sales Negotiation and Closing :

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

- Close sales deals and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

Collaboration with Internal Teams :

- Collaborate with technical teams and other departments to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

- Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams based on client interactions.

Sales Reporting :

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.

Market Research :

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

- Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in IT sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of information technology products and services.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools

- We are looking for an experienced professional

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Must have done International Travel for sales(attended events)

- Must have worked on target

- Candidate having a background in service-based or product-based companies (IT Companies)

- Gaming Experience will be plus

- Should have experience working with enterprise clients

- Should be comfortable for international travel
