Sales Role - IT (3-8 yrs)
- The incumbent should be the one with an entrepreneurial vision, ready to work in a performance based compensation structure growing as the company grows and be considered as a stakeholder should his performance justify the same.
- Given the current size of the company the compensation structure will comprise a part of fixed remuneration plus revenue sharing.
Minimum Qualification :
- 3+ Years of experience in Software Sales, CRM Sales, IT Sales, B2B Sales.
- Able to handle team
- Good Communication Skills
- Technical background candidates are preferred
- Result oriented and energetic candidates are welcome with sales background.
