- The incumbent should be the one with an entrepreneurial vision
- Ready to work in a performance based compensation structure - as the company grows and he/she be also considered as a stakeholder should his/her performance justify the same
- Given the current size of the company the compensation structure will comprise a part of fixed remuneration plus revenue sharing
- Minimum Qualification - 2+ Years of experience in Software Sales, CRM Sales, IT Sales, B2B Sales
- Able to handle team
- Good Communication Skills
- Technical background candidates are preferred
- Result oriented and energetic.
