We are hiring International/Domestic Sales Process for a company which is inclusive leading support service provider that takes pride in offering the best & most cost-effective customer management & backend in order to allow our clients to utilize their resources to the fullest and ensure sustainability.
The Job :
Key responsibilities areas :
- Own the complete lead generation & management process from lead capture to follow-up and tracking them through the entire sales cycle.
- Work in close coordination with Pre-Sales/Project teams to develop proposals for the client's needs and objectives.
- Develop and Maintain proper interaction and reputation with the clients
- Responsible for managing to convert leads.
- Providing in-depth information to clients includes counseling through phone.
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- Responsible for adherence to the inside sales process, tools and data management.
- Meet and over achieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue.
- Handle Objections and price negotiation in plan to generate Sales Revenue.
- Understand the business needs of the Clients
- Convince them to invest on new projects with the company
- Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent Communication Skills in English,
