Sales Role - Interior Designing Firm (4-7 yrs)
POSITION PURPOSE :
To lead and implement pre-sales activities & tools to enable brand building, specifications and approvals. To cater to the market/project needs, by interfacing with influencers such as Architects, Consultants, Intermediaries & Specifiers, and developers . To support country distributor for key account management and rate contracts.
JOB PROFILE :
- Responsible to drive the relationships with influencers
- Develop specifications and product approvals for projects
- Market intellegence gathering
- Implementation of marketing initiatives along with the country distributors
- Key account developers and facilitate business conversions
FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Experience in Business Development and ground working
- Personal contact with A+/A architects and ID & MEP consultants
- Experience of doing market development and growth
- Expertise in creating brand presence & visibility
- Experience of/ Exposure to concept selling rather than product selling
- Ability to catch on to leads and cues from everywhere possible
- Ability to establish & maintain a wide network of resources
- Strongly and effective follow up ability
- Ability to attain market understanding
- Knowledge of competitor mapping
- Experience in coordinating at various levels and leading to effective result delivery
