Sales Role - Insurance/Bank (1-8 yrs)
Duties and Job Roles:
- Creating and carrying out sales strategies to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Expanding the company through the creation of new relationships and leads.
- Finding fresh income prospects
- Developing commercial ties with present and prospective customers
- Participating in networking activities to draw and keep clients
- Creating and implementing sales and marketing plans to expand the company
- Updating and maintaining documentation for sales, marketing, and business development
- Supporting marketing and advertising initiatives.
_Building Agency - Identify a, recruit potential advisors
_Driving Sales - Achieve expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisors.
_Manage team performance and productivity
Candidate prerequisites:
- Any stream bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2+ years minimum in sales and marketing in BFSI, investments, pharmaceuticals, NBFCs, telecom, etc.
- Knowledge of building and managing sales teams
- The capacity to uphold a strict code of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excited to form lasting ties with others
- Capacity to collaborate well with others
Required Candidate profile
- Ideal candidate should be interested working in banking / insurance sales on field basis.
- Graduation must needed
- 6 + Month of any sales experience
- BFSI experience preferred
