Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at an insurance agency. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients and prospects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of sales success, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and keep a pipeline of prospective customers

- Visit clients to determine their insurance needs and offer answers

- Informing clients about their insurance options will enable them to make more intelligent judgements.

- Achieve consumer pleasure while selling insurance policies

- To achieve and surpass sales goals and targets.

- Create and develop relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals

- Develop sales strategy and enhance the client experience in conjunction with the team.

- Follow advancements and trends in your industry.

- Participate in training and development programmes to increase your sales expertise.

Requirements:

- Field sales Experience Required of 3 years.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills Extensive sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry

- Good negotiating abilities

- Ability to work in an environment that is both goal-oriented and fast-paced

- Excellent planning and organising abilities

- Having the capacity to develop and sustain relationships with clients

- A bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)

CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other benefits
