Seeking a proactive Life Insurance Agent to join our agency channel team. You'll connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored life insurance solutions. Your role involves fostering relationships, educating clients, and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and train new insurance agents.
- Set sales targets and performance goals for the team.
- Provide coaching and guidance to agents to improve their sales skills.
- Monitor and evaluate the team's performance.
- Develop sales strategies and marketing plans.
- Collaborate with agents to close complex or high-value insurance deals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- CTC up to 4 LPA
