CTC :: Up to 4 LPA + incentives
Roles and responsibility :
- Sell the insurance policy through good communication skill
- Build a good team with good local network.
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of policy.
- Recruit agents from open market.
- Make a team of agent and guide them for build a network.
Requirement :
- Candidate having bike and driving license.
- Local candidate with local network.
