Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit Business Associate and advisors
- Coordinate for the regulatory trainings
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Business meetings
- Income and Goal setting exercise for the month
- Joint field work along with business associates
- Achieve monthly objectives and targets
- Motivate advisors and business associates for various contest of sales.
- Maintain healthy relationship with customers and distributors
- Work on opportunity of cross sell and upsell
Candidate Requirements:

Education: Graduate
Age: 24 to 38
Experience: 2 Year Experience in Sales & Marketing
