Job Description:
Position: Banca Channel Life Insurance Sales
Location: Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, Vadodara
CTC: 4 to 4.50 Lac
Job Requirements:
- Experience in selling life insurance through banca channels or cross-selling life insurance in a bank.
- Good understanding of life insurance products and the sales process.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with bank partners and customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with bank partners to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Conducting product presentations and training sessions for bank staff and customers.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable life insurance products.
- Managing customer queries and concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
