Sales Role - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
As a Sales Representative in the Agency Channel, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a team of insurance advisors to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of financial advisor and distributor team
- Monitor and guide team members to meet sales targets
- Ensure team members have in-depth product knowledge
- Provide ongoing training and support to enhance sales skills
- Conduct coaching sessions and workshops
- Set clear sales targets and monitor performance
- Build strong relationships with agents, clients, and partners
Qualification Required:
- Minimum 1 to 5 Years of experience in Sales and Marketing
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
