Sales Role - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Job Role :
- Recruit Business advisors
- Coordinate for the regulatory trainings
- Joint field work along with advisors
- Motivate advisors for various contest and sales
- Work on opportunity of cross sell and upsell
- Build and monitor sales process of Licensing, coding and activation of distributors
- Train team members on selling and products
- Build Cohesive unit through recruiting and developing agency sales managers and distributors.
Candidate Profile :
- Applicant must have stayed in the same location/vicinity for more than 2 years
- Educational Qualification Any Post Graduation
- 2 Years of any experience
