Job Role :
- Mainly work on the service requests of existing customers
- Nature of majority request coming in are for claim settlement
- Cross sales
- Should have zeal to service customers in inbound calling set up
- Insurance background preferred
- Criteria Graduation must for Inbound for Outbound HSC with exp is fine.
- Age not more than 30 years
Salary Salary Range : 3.30 to 3.90 (Max to be hired at E1 grade= 330000) (18000 to 22000 in hand)
Annual Performance Bonus (based on achievement) & for Outbound monthly incentive
Skills Required :
- Excellent command over English for inbound for outbound Average communication is fine
- Candidate has to be more empathetic
- Interview Process 2 round of interviews on the same day
Work Shifts :
- 7 am to 9 pm
- 6 days a week
- Roaster offs available
