1. Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing.

2. Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.

3. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.

4. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

5. Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.

6. Developing sales strategies and setting targets.

7. Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.

8. Compiling and analyzing sales figures.

9. Collecting customer feedback and market research.

10. Keeping up to date with products and competitors.


11. Achieving objectives for his area of sales, outstanding and inventory management.

12. Conduct regular sales and business reviews to evaluate Sales performance.

13. Lead the top-to-top meeting with key customers to ensure strong relationship and remove business obstacles, aligning with long term company direction.
