Job Description -
Role and Responsibilities :
- Achieve targeted sales in the assigned geographical territory and allocated customer base.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to increase market share.
- Develop new customers to support the company's growth objectives.
- Drive sales of new products to both existing and new customers.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and develop sales proposals accordingly.
- Conduct product trials and provide technical assistance during the evaluation process.
- Engage in techno-commercial discussions and negotiations with customers.
- Candidate Qualifications:
- Diploma/ITI in mechanical or production with 0-4 years of relevant work experience.
Required Skills :
- Knowledge of industrial consumables sales, particularly in cutting tools, solid carbide tools, work holding solutions, and tool holding solutions.
- Experience using metal cutting tools in a production environment as a CNC/VMC operator, supervisor/CAM programmer, or tool room executive.
- Application knowledge and familiarity with cutting tool selection and usage.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to manage existing clients while expanding the customer base.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
