Position Title : Sales Role - Industrial Battery Division

Reporting to : Team Leader/Branch Manager

Headquarters : ROs/BOs

Brief Description of Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for overall operation and profitability of Branch

- To prospect sales opportunities in the assigned sectors - Telecom / Railways / Process Control / UPS Key account management with major institutional buyers

- Keeping track of competitors and customer

- Develop business through Channel Partners for specific range of products

- Submit product offers

- Techno-Commercial discussions with the customer/dealers customer

- Sales presentations

- Payment realization and completion of documentation requirements

- Co-ordinate for execution and after sales service

Educational Qualifications : Vital

Desirable :

- Engineering Graduate either in Electrical or Electronics

- PG Dip in Bus. Admn / MBA from an Institute of repute

Experience Needed for the Position : Vital

Desirable :

- Minimum 1 to 3 years sales experience in

- Marketing/selling products to telecom / railway / process control segments  and familiar with both direct sales / institutional sales/Channel sales.

- Candidates from, Switchgear, Industrial Electronics, Power Electronics, Office Automation, UPS, Mech Capital goods can be considered on priority.

- Candidates working with dealers and only having service background are not required.

- Experience in sales of industrial products or low value capital goods / power electronic products/ Switchgear panels and automation systems.

- Experience in Marketing, Market development, market research, product promotion and brand development.

Personal Characteristics Needed for the Position : Vital
